About Gary Gewant

Gary Gewant was born in Brooklyn, NY, in 1950. He has been playing the keyboard since the age of seven, studying for years with the legendary Larry Harlow. In the 1970’s Gary created the Leela Puppet Theatre, performing unusual marionette shows at festivals, museums, and private events. With his one man keyboard band “Cruma’ dust”, Gary performs haunting  music with illuminated  art, tales, and poems.
